CHILDREN OF THE WORLD DREAM OF PEACE​

My Name is Leticia Darlina Tanguma. I'm one of the artists who created the set of murals, Children of the World Dream of Peace, located at Denver International Airport. My father Leo Tanguma, seated left in the photo above, was the Mural Director. Cheryl Detwiler, next to him, was an assistant artist like me. The next person, Joe Bustamante is a family friend. My daughter, Sandina Tanguma, was about six years old back in 1993. And I'm the one on the right with that big smile. ​

Children of the World Dream of Peace is comprised of two pairs of mural  panels. The first pair is called, In Peace and Harmony with Nature. The second set is called Children Dream of Peace. The menu above includes description of each panel.
